「Location, pool and grounds are fantastic. The room that we stayed in could use a little bit of TLC and furniture refresh. But the balcony overlooking the pool and marina over a night time was great.」

「Lovely location and views, rooms a little outdated. No restaurant or cafe onsite. Great being walking distance to ferry and buses.」

「Beautiful location with multiple wallaby nearby. Place did look a little outdated but overall the bed was comfortable, the water pressure for a shower was amazing, and we enjoyed ourselves」

「Enjoyed the experience . Bring some milk for coffee and tea and some board games or cards if you’re staying in during the day. Pool looked lovely but didn’t get in. 」

「Fantastic oversized modern rooms. Comfy bed. Nice tropical style gardens and pool. Breakfast included which had a good spread of continental options inc meats, cheeses, cakes considering the competitive room price. Beware at the moment the restaurant/bar is being renovated and isnt available. A temporary one is set up in the car park but obviously no where near as nice ad the pool side one. Also reception hours 8-5 are woeful making leaving your bag on the day of your checkout inconvenient...

「We were unable to stay as they had booked us into an upstairs unit instead of ground level. There was no lift or any body prepared to help us with luggage to try to get up the stairs. We are an elder couple and we were in Townsville for my husband to have eye surgery. He had to stay in Townsville to be able to return to the hospital for after surgery care. Very disappointing!」

「We were told daily house keeping which was only done every second day when the cleaner was asked, reception wasn’t any help. The rooms were clean but could do with A upgrade, fan not working properly and curtains require attention.」

「Even though we were there for one night we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We had a friendly welcome. This property was just off the highway and there was a shopping centre down the road. It was very convenient and quiet. Thank you so much.」

「The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom vanity cupboard needing to be replaced. The draws had moisture damage so wouldn’t close properly. Bathroom wall paint is peeling due to water/moisture damage. Both didn’t affect my stay. The price was more than doubled due to the v8 super car race. Was not impressed with price considering the property hasn’t been updated nor was there a continental breakfast provided.」
