「The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Will return to this location.」

「Property is right on the beach but not all rooms have a view of haystack rock. Sound tends to travel between rooms. Many kids when we were there. Everyone got a complimentary beverage at check in which was nice.」

「The staff were great! Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Served up a good drink and crepe for dinner. The room was clean, and even the hide-a-bed was comfortable. As the weekend came, they were almost full, but it was still pretty quiet. Older style, but room worked well. Walking distance to beach and all the shops. 」

「It's a nice property right in the middle of the tourist section of Seaside. Park the car, check in, and walk to the beach plus many good stores, restaurants, bars. It's annoying that it was almost twice as expensive as last year at this time. As with any hotel, the morning coffee is meh at best, from here it's worth the block walk to bagels by the sea for coffee (I am in no way affiliated with bagels by the sea).」

「I stay here every other week for work. This place is a hidden gem! The beds are so comfy, pool, sauna and showers are wonderful, lovely FREE breakfast, and the beach is a block away. Highly recommend!!!」

「The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The supervisor on the morning we came was so pleasant and helpful. We got poured on and we're able to dry our sweatshirt in the dryer on our floor which was helpful before my daughters game. Location was wonderful coffee shop across the street and dinner in the same building and right in the middle of all the action. Will definitely stay again!」

「This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.」

「Bad customer service from the higher ups, they downgraded us after finding out there is a leak in our room going to the room beneath, and they still wanted to charge me more than the full price I would’ve payed for that new room if I had booked it a month ago. Once I said I didn’t want to pay full price, they started threatening me and my partner that our things would be thrown out if we don’t pay and that we would have to vacate. We had to cancel our entire vacation and go back home, because...
