「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

Several problems with our stay - we had a $600 resort credit, which the property only honored $25 of at checkout, there were never enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach, several umbrellas and covers at the pool were groped so they wouldn’t stay up, and the pools and jacuzzis were completely unheated so too cold to enjoy. These problems might have been tolerable...
