「Very friendly staff. Superb location, clean and spacious rooms」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「Breakfast was prepared to order with eggs, bacon, breads/croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, etc. Relaxed setting on the terrace. Only 7 rooms. Felt very well taken care of. Extremely attentive staff. High quality in every sense. 」

「Lovely small and quiet hotel, just a few steps outside the city walls of old Carcassonne. Easy to get to from the airport by bus. We didn't have, or need a car. Friendly staff. Bar is open all day for hot/cold drinks and snacks. Only minor criticism of the room was that there was no fridge although to be fair, the room was quite small and there was not really space for one.」

Les points forts : - le personnel est souriant et agréable. - il y a une piscine et elle est propre et agréable, tout comme les extérieurs à coté de la piscine. - le lit était très confortable. - la chambre était propre. - la salle de bain était top !!! 「My husband and I visited Carcassonne for a couple of days and we chose this hotel with half board. The location is excellent, very clean and convenient. The half board consisted of a decent breakfast and buffet dinner. The room was a bit small but otherwise this was an excellent deal. I highly recommend it to those who don’t want to spend to much while maintaining decent standards.」
