We are sorry for this inconvenient but at the check out time we have to verify that towels, pillows or snacks are complete so in this case the man verified and there were 1 missing towel and he checked in all the room because sometimes guests also forget any personal stuff so we return to the guest in the moment but in this case the towel was not there so according with the conditions there is a charge for any damage.
