Currently in a dispute with hotel over shady business practices. Added an additional person and hotels.com chargers +$5 USD for an add and I was charged unauthorized $25 by the hotel. The hotel front staff said it would be $5 but then changed it to $25. Completely unprofessional and misleading.

Beautiful premises. Good service. Great location. Breakfast needs to be better organized for the last hour in which they serve it. New mattress needed in Room 106, it’s sagging and feels like you slide into an indention. All pillows are thick, so need to provide thinner/softer options.

The location was great, the cable was down but no need as there was plenty to do, there is no parking so be aware of this extra expense you will incur while staying there is think it was Q150 per day plus Q50 at night so Q200 each day/night stay. It can be a bit loud as there is lots going on but the view from the roof top was really nice.

Nightclub next door! Can not Rest Here!
This hotel was O.K. considering the price. we wanted a hotel where we could "rest" instead of paying 1/10 of the price at any hostel. There is a nightclub next door that have pounding music the whole night, and the room does NOT have Air Conditioning!! The viewd from the terrace are nice but almost every hotel in antigua as nice views!

Great place, great staff, great location. Only surprise for us was the fact that it doesn't have AC (my fault for not checking) but quite honestly we didn't need it, the room was cool enough. We did ask for a fan that was very helpful. Overall great stay. We went in holy week with important festivities and it was way too crowded, the hotel helped me by offering me the one and only indoor parking space they have at no cost.

This hotel is in a great spot and the inner courtyards, seating areas, and terrace are very cozy (watched the volcano spewing lava on the roof...cool!). Very authentic and nicely decorated property.

Very nice location and beautiful property. We enjoyed the roof top deck with its extensive views of the surrounding area and volcanic activity. It is located near a brewery restaurant and their rooftop bar has nightly music that can be loud until midnight. Some rooms have the shared locked door between the two and you can hear your neighbors clearly. We will come back for sure!

Absolutely loved my stay here and wish I could have stayed more than one night. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had in my life, and the staff was wonderful. The only thing was the hot water in the shower was kind of on and off, so I ran the hot water thru the faucet first to get it warmed up. Otherwise, gorgeous hotel, clean, good views.

Water running all night no focus on water being wasted by both faucets shower and sink. Extremely noisy, able to hear all conversations above and next door. FALSE advertisement on Parking, had to Park 5 blocks away and walk with bags and pay overnight then hourly after 8 am. Property states parking included.

Great location, easy walk from most landmarks in Antigua. Hotel staff were all professional and kind, and I felt welcomed. They served traditional Guatemalan breakfast which was great. Room was very clean.

Really nice place, near to many iconic place on Antigua, really great service and breakfast. The hotel has a roof with amazing view, 360º of Antigua and around. The only thing, was not really good warm water for take a shower (this is just if you want warm water).

The property overall is beautiful, well maintained and its an amazing place for pictures. But other then that i will not be returning. Bed was extremely firm [super hard], there is no hot water in the late afternoonat least in my room 209.

The decor, location and staff are five stars! Couldn’t ask for better. This is a boutique hotel so noise might be an issue. You either sleep with the window closed which limits air circulation (no fan in room), or you sleep with the window open which limits privacy and brings in outside noises (other guests, trucks, footsteps, etc) I would stay here again but I would bring earplugs!

Beautiful centrally located
The hotel was lovely. There are several internal courtyards and a rooftop filled with lush plants. The breakfast was large (pancakes (which were delicious) or eggs and fresh fruit). The service was amazing! English was well spoken and understood. The room was small but beautiful. The only down side was the bed was harder that I prefer and the hot water was not always available (I wanted to take a bedtime shower and water was cold but when it was available in the mornings and afternoon it was HOT!)
