Really wonderful for the price! Friendly staff, super clean, and my single room on the balcony was really lovely. I was a little confused about breakfast — didn’t know it was included —- and thought they would arrange the shuttle to the airport, but this was hard to convey I don’t speak Spanish. But it all worked out just fine. It’s easy to get a shuttle in Antigua!

Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! Amazing place!
I stayed at Hotel Mansion del Rey for 4 nights total in December and had an amazing experience. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and comfortable, everything was in walking distance, and the hotel was quiet with an open air courtyard outside your room door. I had originally only booked one night at this hotel, but after having such a great experience the first night I decided to stay there for 3 more days. I would highly recommend anyone who comes to Antigua to stay at Hotel Mansion del Rey!

La informacion sobre el parqueo no es muy y consistente, el parqueo existe solo si hay dinero adicional a lo que cobran por la noche. El lugar es fuera de este comentario un lugar ameno.

Hôtel très bien pour le prix.
La description des fournitures de grande qualité décrite dans l'annonce de cet hôtel, à l'intérieur des chambres, est un peu exagéré. Quoique le lit état très confortable, couverture et oreillers de qualité (?) étaient très ordinaires, ainsi que les draps synthétiques. Ménage tous les jours? Pas toujours. Chambre et décoration assez sombre et déprimante, ce qui fait qu'il est assez difficile de savoir si c'est propre ou non mais pour le prix et se disant que ce n'est que pour dormir on s'y fait. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et les gens accueillants.

Estoy muy decepcionado de Expedia, siempre busco mis viajes por esta app y recomiendo a que la gente lo haga, en esta ocasión me paso algo muy desagradable, llegue al hotel y me dijeron que las habitaciones que habiamos reservado no tenían ninguna confirmación el hotel se llama Mansión del Rey en Antigua Guatemala, hasta que le mostre el numero de itinerario que ustedes habian enviado me dijo que tenia pero solo una habitación y eramos 5 personas no nos podiamos quedar ahi agregando que eran las 10 de la noche y no teniamos donde quedarnos, no nos dieron ninguna otra opcion de ni siquiera acomodarnos en otro hotel nada y el tiempo de espera con expedia mas de 30 min lo que espere porque teniamos que buscar un hotel donde poder dormir hasta que alguien tomo otro hotel tuvimos que incurrir en otro gasto y gasolina mas lo peligroso porque tuvimos que manejar hasta la ciudad. he llamado en repetidas ocasiones a Expedia customer service y no han resulto eso fue hace una semana. resuelvan por favor
