Heater didn't work so in the morning I told the front desk and also told them I don't need housekeeping cleaning (since I left the DND off the door so maintenance could get in). Later when I returned, the heater still wasn't working and the bed made up. Everything else below I can deal with but broken heater when it's so cold outside, not really. Lotion dispenser was totally out and not checked by housekeeping. The safe was left...

「I could not get a hold with the receptionist online. It was most fearful place to stay because of the frightening owner rules. It feels like you’re under 24 hours surveillance radar constantly being watched in case you failed to comply with the owner rules. However the place around was pretty safe. 」

「Stayed in a room on the ground floor facing the road, on a quiet street so we had a good sleep. However, for the same reason, we did not open the window, with no air conditioning/circulation, the room was stuffy and need to turn on the table fan while it's zero degree outside. Shower is quite weak. Walk approx. 10 mins to town, helpful staff, provide late check in until after mid-night (but be careful late check out costs a little per room), overall is good.」

「Pros: Amazing location, walkable to all major things (including bus and train stations), located right in the heart of Old Town. Comfortable beds, great upgraded bathroom. Perfect instructions for accessing the apartment. Cons: The place had not been cleaned when we arrived. The toilet was dirty, the dishes in the dishwasher had not been washed, the table had sticky residue, and the floors had not been vacuumed. We cleaned up a bunch just to get it usable.
