"The staff was great. From the moment I arrived until I left, staff was excellent. Our waiters(Brad & Stacy) made sure we had everything we and would go get something if it was not available. Peggy made sure the room was clean and we had enough towels and essential daily. Talking to them was like locating a family member you haven’t seen years."

"Jade Mountain was the crown jewel of our 10-day adventure in Saint Lucia. We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday on the island, and as avid travelers who love immersing ourselves in local culture and cuisine, we explored every corner—from fishing villages to hidden beaches. But no matter how much we saw, nothing compared to returning to the serenity and splendor of Jade Mountain. The resort is truly a sanctuary. Our major domos were attentive and thoughtful, making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The open-air design of our sanctuary, complete with a private infinity pool and a panoramic view of the Pitons, left us speechless. Watching the sun rise and set over those iconic peaks from the comfort of our room was pure magic. The yogis were very experienced, the food was delicious and the sunsets were magical. Jade Mountain isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best travel memories we’ve made together."

"A beautiful resort, with coral directly at the facility. A couple of concerns: pay-in-advance for all-inclusive was far more expensive than just buying meals and drinks after arriving. A 2nd concern was that the food was hit-and-miss. The continental breakfast was great, but the other meals were decent about 1/3 of the time. Not bad the other times, just not excellent."
