The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.

Very nice property with a super friendly staff. Area is within walking distance to main train station and the Old Town. Area is very safe and the City is clean… Very nice place and a very nice time there

Spent 8 days in Annecy which we loved. Hotel is in a fabulous location. We had daily breakfast which was gorgeous. Staff were excellent

Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake.

Beautiful hotel. Great room and staff was extremely helpful. Location was perfect

Clean and well distributed. Great for family!!

Staff was very kind and accommodating, breakfast delicious in a beautiful setting. Hotel was very quiet, homey and conveniently located.

A unique concept and we’ll definitely would stay there again

Our first room had a balcony and smelled like smoke, and I asked about it at the front desk and they immediately offered a new room. Great place to stay! Great location!

This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure!

The location was perfect. It was close to the train and bus station, as well as the beautiful waterfront dining and shopping areas. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Nice balcony, hot shower, comfortable beds, nice linens. The staff were very friendly. They stored our bags for no additional charge after checkout while we explored the town. I would highly recommend. It was perfect for us.

Great hotel, very convenient location, quiet, clean. The personnel was extremely friendly, nice and very helpful. I would stay here again.

We were here for 1 night and stayed in the standard room. The room consisted of 1 king bed, bathroom with towel warmer and stand up steam shower, kitchen area, and dinning nook. Overall we were quite pleased. We arrived in Annecy around 8a via train. Originally we were concerned about what to do with our bags until the 4p check-in. The worry was not needed, because we were able to drop our bags off by 9a at the attached craperie (which is also where you check-in) and we were in the room by noon...

We had room 702 with a balcony. The view was amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
