「In town for a funeral. Arrived to find out the King rooms (which we reserved) were ALL on the second floor and NO elevator. Not good with ambulatory issues. Agreed to a double queen room on 1st floor, but then told none are available. Put in single queen room with handicap access bathroom (not needed) with questionable cleanliness.」

「Pictures online are not accurate. Lots of homeless people living here. I had pets, so did others. Dogs barking all the time. Residents are noisy, which causes dogs to bark, which causes my dogs to bark. I barely slept. Almost checked out around 1 am because of the lack of quiet surroundings. As a single, female traveler, I was nervous about all the residents hanging outside. Didn't feel safe. I picked this place based on reviews and pictures.
