"I felt very bad for the staff at this motel, the main reason I booked there was I had my 10 year old grandson with me who was excited about the pool. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed indefinitely. Never posted on the website!!! We were asked if we wanted a refund but I was there on business and had limited time to rebook a hotel. The room was clean and staff was very nice. "

"The hotel was absolutely lovely. The best parts of a hotel (privacy) and a Bed and Breakfast (personal touches) rolled into one location. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Some areas are definitely ready for a refresh but they do not detract from the overall experience. "

"We came into town for a Sabres game. The hotel staff was excellent and they even provided a shuttle to Key Bank Center for the match. The morning breakfast was very good with made to order omelets that were delicious. I would definitely stay here again. My only pet peeve was that the room safe was inoperable and that should have been ready if the room was made available."

"Needs updating for sure but was ok. Had an issue with my TV not working and the staff at the desk had me unplug the cable box to try resetting it. When I called back to say that wasn’t working she gave me a hard time. She did offer to change my room but it was already late at night and I didn’t want to do that. Told me she had no solutions and there was no maintenance staff on grounds. "

"After a late night of working came to my room and the panel on the front of the heater was kind of half on, but was too tired to to do anything about it after several hours of the heater running and the heat not working right I just turned the heater off and went to bed"
