「Alex helped a lot in giving updates on how to access the property. There are codes for the elevator, front door and the unit itself. His charts were very clear and helped me a lot. Really loved my stay」

「整體住宿乾淨、舒適、廚房用具齊全，自炊方便，步行數分鐘可到競技場，附近有室內收費停車場，一天20歐，一切都很完美，唯獨室內燈光稍微昏暗。」

「Todo excelente en la habitación. Solo 2 detalles que encontramos al llegar:. 1. Los huespedes anteriores dejaron basura en la cocina y no la recogieron al hacer la limpieza y 2. el agua de la regadera tenía problemas para irse por el desagüe. Todo lo demás excelente en limpieza, comodidad, amenities, ripa de cama y toallas, todo de calidad.」

「This is a beautiful apartment, looks newly refurbished, and we totally enjoyed staying there. It’s in a safe building and area, quiet and very centrally located some eight minutes walking distance from the amphitheatre. The flat is clean with good amenities, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, it’s a perfect ten from us!」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Lovely flat on a quiet street accessible to all we wanted to see and more. Well appointed with the kitchen items needed, large shower, comfortable beds, and washing machine. We were welcomed by a staff person who offered restaurant suggestions and answered our many questions. This was my personal favorite location of all on our tour of Italy.」
