È da due mesi che frequento l'hotel e posso confermare che la struttura è molto bella, il personale valido ed anche le camere. Purtroppo presenta pecche importanti tra cui una sala colazioni piccola non molto servita e spesso sono tardivi a preparare uova ecc. Riguardo il ristorante interno è buono ma il menú non cambia mai e per mangiare stai almeno 2 ore li, troppo lenti. Altra pecca il segnale telefonico ed il wifi sono praticamente inesistenti. La palestra ha quasi niente dentro, quindi male. Dovrebbero investire per migliorare tutti questi aspetti

Qualcosa da rivedere

Dopo diversi mesi passati all'interno di questa struttura posso confermare che ci sono diverse cose da migliorare. Sala colazione troppo piccola e spesso bisogna attendere 10 15 min prima di poter mangiare delle uova. Il wifi è terribile e purtroppo anche il segnale telefonico è scarso. La cena del ristorante interno un po costosa ed il servizio risulta lento, per cui le mie 5 stelle date all'inizio sono diventate 3 stelle

Pessima, nonostante la struttura sia bella e di buon gusto, ho dormito in una suite con la cassetta dello scarico wc completamente rotta, così per tutta notte l’acqua scorreva in maniera fastidiosa impedendone il riposo, inoltre immaginatevi quando si usava il wc, cosa succedeva non potendo utilizzare lo scarico, il tutto avvisando il ricevimento di quanto stava accadendo. Alla richiesta di uno sconto sul pernottamento, mi è stato risposto, spiacenti x quanto è accaduto, ma impossibile.

La struttura si trova in una zona industriale quindi nulla attorno . Abbiamo richiesto 2 cuscini in aggiunta e siamo dovuti andare in reception a prenderli per mancanza di personale presente in hotel. Nel frigobar in camera presenti solo 2 bottigliette di acqua la sera del 31.12 e senza la possibilità di fare un Brindisi in autonomia ( almeno il 31.12 un Prosecchino)). Colazione scaglionata a orari deciso dalla Direzione . Caldo torrido in camera non gestibile in autonomia ma solo dalla reception con 25 gradi . Spa non aperta agli ospiti . 4 stelle ? Prezzo eccessivo per la qualità dei servizi messi a disposizione del cliente Giudizio negativo in generale
