「The location is good and near to the attraction points. The front desk people is nice and very helpful. When we left in early morning to the airport (around 6:00am), they prepared take away breakfast for us even it's just simple fruit, biscuit and drink. We felt very warm and the service is over 5 stars hotel. We recommend to all if you're going to Quito.」

「Photographs and descriptions are Misrepresented and misleading, they advertised a room with a queen size bed but it was more like twin very small, the bathroom and specifically the shower was tiny. The room overall was very small and dirty, there was stains on the pillows and old soap bars on the shower floor. The staff was rude and the breakfast mediocre. For the rate they charge there are better options. Don't recommend it 」

「1 star for the front desk guy who was amazing and super friendly.. 0 stars for the noise level(howling and barking dogs all day and night), highly scented interior that's causing my illness to flare up, no hot water in the shower for the last 2 days and nights... when the hot water did work it went to scalding randomly. Extremely dangerous. People were watching porn very loud... some guy was on the patio talking on the phone with the speakerphone on. Overall I'm leaving for another hotel. I...
