"This has been my 2nd time here and the last few times I’ve been there have been absolutely amazing! Met some great people and have had an all around an amazing time there. Will be my go to place anytime I visit the Cincinatti area! :) "

"Our room was very nice. All of the furnishings were clean and attractive. It was handicapped accessible and everything was very handy. The only problem we encountered was with the TV. We were unable to get it to work and checked with the desk. It was late and we were ready for bed. The desk offered someone to come up to try to fix the problem but we refused because of the late hour. A credit was offered for the inconvenience. Thank you Holiday Inn. Much appreciated. "

"Everything was good. Only isolated issue we had was the people parking at the charding station when they dont have electric car. I did mention to the nightshift staff this morning about having a sign posted to "Parking only for Electric cars to charge their vehicle." Its convenient to have at the hotel and we truly appreciate it and we were able to charge our rental more than once. Thank you. "
