The lighting and grounding issues when you turned on the lights. They sounded very loud scary like a spark. The bed squeaked very uncomfortable. Not very clean. The shower wasn't at all no warm water.We got there just to rest from a long drive from Tennessee, only stayed for sux hours left at 4am. Should of just slept in the truck.

Asked for early check in for granddaughter graduation. We had two rooms. Reception said no problem, 12:30 is fine. At 1:30 one room was ready, other was still not ready. Had to change in one room. Floors were very wet but clean. After graduation, went back 2 nd room was ready but floor dirty. Ice machine was broken. For $179, why can’t they put night light in bathroom

We had a nice clean room at a cheap price, but the parking was very limited. We couldn't park near our room, had to walk far, and keys stopped working at the door twice. Breakfast was limited but fair. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

We got upgraded to the new building! The lady who checked us in was very nice and welcoming! Love everything about my stay! The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy! Simple parking which was both easy to access and exit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I very much appreciated the management and staff as the manager on duty Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my room at checkout even if the original room I booked was not available, she bumped me to a business suite because she did not have any available standard king rooms. I enjoyed every bit of everyday I was there and I will definitely be back or recommend this hotel, and honestly you can't beat all of what is offered at the price you are paying!!!! First room was disgusting. Stuff stuck on the walls, odor, broken hazardous light switches, stained sheets, filthy floor, stains and exposed wood on sofa. Second room was in much better shape, however the floor was so filthy we had to wash our feet even after coming out of a shower. Checked out first thing the next morning and went to another hotel.

I didn't like it at all, didn't get the room I had scheduled for. The room that I ended up getting was disgusting smelling cigarettes and it was just gross so I canceled my reservations you got my money back terrible place very very unhappy no elevators no carts to really stuff in not impressed

booked online; so off top im some type of third-class liability to the manager. wanted smoking room bcuz its 28° at night but could not accomodate :( room was clean enough but had no bath mats then discover shower doesn't work- at all. don't forget- i booked online; so im not a 'real customer'... refund or any kind of compensation for inconvenieces i experience are (somehow) not an option. at least they permitted me a different room with working shower; days inn is not what it used to be...
