「Skyes Cottage - the property manager? was extremely hard to reach. I wanted to ask them if I could leave my backpack there before check in time, but couldn’t reach them by phone nor WhatsApp messages, just uncontactable. As a result, I sat in a restaurant for 3 hours waiting for the check-in time to arrive because I couldn’t go anywhere with my heavy backpack. Worst of all, the WhatsApp chatbot then finally replied, but saying that my problem was “resolved”, ridiculous.
