「The ingredients in the restaurant are not fresh.」

「We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer...

「There was quiet a lot of hair strands on the bed, not sure if it was after drying them and getting stuck on the sheets. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check in and checking out. Overall, our stay went smooth and it was good. Would highly recommend to a friend if they needed a hotel to stay at. 」

「Nice to have some good options and a place to have a drink when arriving late. Staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure i am taken care of.」
