"Check-in was horrible due to not having enough staff. Check-in time was at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t get into our room until around 4:40 because it wasn’t ready. Very disappointing, especially when traveling with a toddler. Our bed sheets were dirty when we arrived, although housekeeping did come and change them quickly. I was also disappointed that parking is an additional charge for the price you pay, you’d think it would be included. Another downside was that during the week the bars at the other pools were closed, and only the main pool bar was open. If you wanted a cocktail, you had to walk to the main pool area or the restaurant on-site. I also really disliked having to text for requests because several times the response took 30 minutes or even hours. On the positive side, we still had a great time overall. We loved staying in Building 4 because it had a toddler pool that my child really enjoyed. The rooms were spacious, and I loved having a balcony plus a washer and dryer — those were very convenient features."

"Relaxing oasis in the middle of Cathedral City which is a low budget area. But it makes this property shine budget wise. Definitely check to see if there's a holiday before going, it gets CROWDED. There was only one day we couldn't find any seating by the pool. But then this was followed by 2 days of quiet bliss. If I didnt already own in Cabo I would definitely buy time here. The security is constant as there is no locked gates buildings or doors. Allowing easy access from the streets. But I felt safe enough to keep all my doors and windows open. The staff are amazing. Very nice hospitable and responsive. They adjust the pool settings which is great..we definitely needed a cooler Adult pool. But the fact that they had a separate pool away from screaming children was a game changer. The kids love to play which is no biggie but only some of the parents actually teach their children how to co exist. So the adult pool was a great compromise. They keep the grounds well maintained, just know that if you have allergies then stay inside while they are blowing and cutting the foliage. I had a full on asthma attack. No one's fault. All in all it was a relaxing stay."

"This is a beautiful property located right next to the golf course. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I have stayed here before and always enjoy returning. Each visit has been a pleasant experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future."
