"Was a little pricey for the room itself. Supply and demand…there just happened to be a huge convention going on the night we stayed. Very close to Disneyland 10-15 min walk through Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was parking because they said they were fully booked they only allowed one car to park on property even though my daughter drove in from out of state and we had two cars. They wanted one of us to park at the Garden walk parking structure that was almost two miles away. I did speak with a manager and she did finally allow us to pay for both cars.. She said because their policy was that fully booked only one car was allowed… When my daughter left very early the next morning I counted about 15-20 available parking spots. I was very thankful to that manager but this is a safety issue for two females traveling alone. "

"Was good, room and propety was clean, breakfast was fairly decent and was a great option at a hotel especially that close to Disney. Staff was young and not super well trained.....Called the front desk to ask for a baking sheet and was told "we will bring it if we have one, but if we don't then we don't have one" Price was good and it was close to Disney!"

"Overall not a pleasant experience. The first night was completely fine. After that we had little to no hot water and they “shut the ac off for the whole building” because the manager told them to do so. The room would not get below 76 degrees and after we complained they transferred us to a different room. I’m not sure why they would ever shut off AC to an entire building when there are hundred of guests staying there. The room was very dirty and the ceilings were falling apart. I paid for a king suite and ultimately got no hot water and the AC shut off. Not bad for price but would not recommend "

"Stayed with my teenage daughter feb 2026. Room was old and outdated (obviously did not get a renovated room), the mattresses were thin and too squishy, and since we were on the second floor with the arched window we could not make it dark. After one night of poor sleep we cancelled our stay and went to a different hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful, but this is not the hotel for us. Disappointing after all the good reviews."
