Parking super easy, convenient location. Cards stopped working a few times kept having to get them replaced. Fridge was rusted over on the outside alot.. but room was clean and pretty decent. Great price. Staff at desk were very nice and helpful.

Property Is very Clean, The Rooms are really nice especially them being updated! Staff is really Helpful and Always smiling making you feel Welcomed. Free Parking is a Big Plus especially in this area next to Disneyland and the restaurants! Love it here!

Overall stay was okay, late check in due to room not being ready, this property could use some security for the parking lot area, the staff was nice and I’m not blaming them for the stay but you can tell they were beyond understaffed for the evening/ night shift they had no extra towels or anything ready. The room was nice because it had the fridge stove and kitchen great sized room, very convenient close to Disney; the parking situation was weird they said we didn’t need a permit so I was paranoid the whole time about my car being towed or cited because others had permits so that was confusing. Other than all of that I would most likely stay again due to price/ convenience of being close to Disney

Room key didn’t work for most of the day. Floors were dirty in hall and hotel room. Room had an old smell to it. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We stayed there for three nights and no one came in to clean the room.

Checked in, room was dirty & not cleaned. Tried to get new room, but was unable to change it had to wait for some time which impacted scheduled events. Bathroom tub still was not cleaned & floor was dirty. Only plus was the 2 staff up front upon arrival who tried to improve the situation.

no rooms available upon check in even though we made a reservation months in advance. we arrived at 5pm when check in starts at 3pm. a line of people ahead of us were also waiting for available rooms. very inconvenient and very unprofessional. no solution to the problem was offered either. we were basically turned away and had to find a different hotel to stay at same day last minute.

The extended stay was a great stay. Very clean room and very comfy pillows. The best part was being able to have our fur babies there with us. Great having a kitchen very clean and worked good. The staffs Gabriel, Annellie and Will were all great very welcoming.

My Parent and I stayed at this hotel, and you were limited towels, the staff was not very helpful, and it would smell like drugs, and in our room there was mold on the pillow. and make sure to take your own pots and pans because when asked they said there is none available.

I appreciate extended stay for the amenities such as covered parking and location to the park as well as accommodating pets for a reasonable price. Although I left my dog at home this trip, we enjoyed staying at this location, but the tubs appeared to be unclean however it’s the repairs throughout the years that made it look like that. Also, the countertop for the kitchen was also a little out of shape, and the fridge looked very old, but everything functioned as it should, and the bed linen was clean the Internet went out or the TV blacked out a couple times. The room was 402 if you’re not too picky and just need a place to sleep while you’re away at the parks all day definitely choose this place. If you’re a little picky and scrutinize everything this may not be the place for you.
