The main area of the hotel was nice. When checking into the room, there were plates outside our door. I told the front desk and they said they were going to have them picked up. When we checked out the next morning they were still there. There were beer cans on our balcony, and the toilet wasn’t secured to the ground. The bar downstairs doesn’t serve food on Sunday and Monday. I was disappointed because I read good reviews about this place when staying at Disney. The staff were overall nice. The hotel has a lot of potential but has a lot of things they can upgrade and improve.

Don’t stay here. The service was okay but the amount of issues was horrible. I would have had better service and room accommodations better at motel 6. They came and took towels without replacing them. The body wash was empty when we arrived. It appeared that they were careless with everything and anything at this hotel. I’m never staying at a Hilton place again.

The hotel was okay. The restrooms were dirty, i suggest they work on the cleaning of the restrooms. Great breakfasts. We ran out of toiletpaper and called the front desk and we did not receive it.

Tired but still trying. I’m a fan of the Embassy Suites by Hilton brand. I’ve stayed at the one in Irvine, CA, and it was top-notch. This one is not that. The front desk staff was very friendly and happy to accommodate any requests. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. However, the response times to any requests, assuming you got an actual response, were severely lacking. Maybe it’s a staffing issue, which falls on management. The parking is not enclosed nor secure. It’s just a parking lot. However, they will try to charge you $25 a day for the use of the lot. Honestly, given its location and that it’s not secure, this really is too much. The front desk did not disclose the parking fees at check-in. I found out about them after I requested a copy of the bill because the math was not mathing. Maybe this was just an oversight by the front desk clerk at check-in. The room was tired and not very clean. We stayed in a King Suite. This place is definitely in need of a remodel. They are very sparsely appointed. Not all the electronics work. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling, and the tub and shower were not clean. Lots of hair that was not ours. The famous Hilton beds we were looking forward to were obviously past their prime, with the edges so soft that if you didn’t sleep toward the middle, you might roll off. Lots of nicks, chips and stains. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Both nights, they had loud parties and events. W

Staff was nice and rooms were nice. Have stayed here in the past and there was a provided shuttle to Disneyland, however now it’s the ART shuttle which was difficult to use during the busy holiday season. Manager recommended we uber which is roughly $30 each way. Glad there was some shuttle service at least but it wasn’t as easy as years past when they had a dedicated shuttle for just the hotel.

Free breakfast was very good as well as the room layout. The room cleanliness could be improved as the carpet seems old and dirty. Also the room seems to have a musty smell. Also the shower does not close properly and it keeps dripping all day.We have asked for for additional blankets in the evening, the hotel said they were bringing to the room, but it only came the next morning.
