Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :(

The air conditioner is noisy! It is close to the bed and the cold wind blows to you when you are sleeping. The shower water is too little like raining.

Has a lot to offer for kids. Staff was friendly. Only negative was the tvs. They are not smart tvs and they cut out a lot from the wind.

We have stayed here before when it wqs Cambria Hotel. All looks the same other than the signs. Stayed with my family in 2 queen suites. The rooms were connected so we could open the connecting door and make it even bigger. Staff was great. Morning breakfast can get chaotic. They have Mickey waffles so that was a hit. Kids enjoyed the pool area and water slide. Some of the splash pad was not working. The dial on the hot tub was also broken (not sure if that was on purpose). They need vents in the showers to help remove steam. There was no switch for that so we just opened the door. Shower heads could be better or maybe better water pressure. My girls struggled getting their hair fully rinsed. Overall we had a great stay.

The waterslides really made the trip memorable for us. We were able to enjoy break days from disneyland and spend them at the splashpad pool and slides. It was so worth it. The hot tub was not really a full hot tub temperature wise and the jeta did not work. I was pleasantly surprised to find half a basketball court as well to entertain our kids beyond pool time. we didn't get a wifi code so can't speak to the internet speed but the room was cleaned each day, the fridge was so great to have with kids. and the breakfast was good for the price. Expect lines for the mickey waffles but other than that everything was stocked well and didnt have much of a wait.

I am not big on leaving bad reviews but this trip came with more difficulties than I’d like to admit. Checking in was easy but I should’ve known right away when our keys already didn’t work when we first arrived, then the room they booked my in was already occupied with another family that didn’t have any plans on leaving. I know mistakes happen but never this much. Each time we wanted to enter the elevator our key cards were not working. On the 3rd night of our stay my kids were enjoying the pools but was cut very short because my son was screaming from pain when we noticed he stepped on broken glass & had chards in his foot , when we let the front desk know they only provided 1 bandaid (they have security to check bags before entering the pool) so this was a kid friendly resort so no glass is allowed so no one knows where this came from. They didn’t have any proper emergency kit so I couldn’t pull the glass out my son’s foot with out causing him pain and screaming in the lobby. The front desk tried to distance themselves as much as possible and asked if we wanted the ambulance contacted so we agreed but before they arrived someone from the from desk brought over tweezers at the last minute after I had repeatedly asked for some to avoid any more time to pass. The property manager just seemed clueless and tried to make it seem as if it was my 6year old sons fault for playing at the pool. They did a small inspection and couldn’t find glass in the dark. Cameras were working

The entire hotel room was clean except the sofa bed was not cleaned. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not comfortable. The pool was a good size along with hot tub. Liked that the pool was heated. They had good happy hour selection for both drinks and food. It was nice they had breakfast variety the only thing I did not like was the eggs they were to soggy. The hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and if you like to walk only 20 minutes away from Disneyland.

When i arrive for checking my room wasnt ready yet. I also thought that breakfast was free, but no they charge you extra. My room was rrady in like an hour, and it was still a bit dirty. The staff was nice.

Great location near Disneyland and a really nice stay overall. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection (just very busy), and a fun pool area with water slides for the kids. Loved the nearby restaurants for easy dinners. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was well maintained, staff were great and so many options for food around the hotel. The hotel itself has good food as well. Gym was a plus and the pool area is great for the kiddos .

The room was ok we for leftover open candy in the floor under the bed the carpet was stained, and the room was smelling like oily. Breakfast was very good Stuff they were very helpful Outdoor pool was OK

It’s definitely sliding down hill since it was Cambria owned. Staff was rude and dismissive, 32 parking and 19 resort fee. Breakfast was horrible. Got locked in the garage twice due to key cards not working, had to hike up the ramp with luggage at check in the rain with kids. My husband’s slipped and fell in the bathtub because the tubs have no grip on them and are completely smooth. Senior beware do NOT shower in the tub, use the separate shower. Loved this place when it was cambria :(

We loved the stay here! The whole family enjoyed it. The staff was great, the room was great and the convenience for Disney was good. We were happy that we took a day to relax and enjoy the ammenities.

The room was clean, breakfast was nice a little bit of everything. I wish they would include the daily resort fee and the daily parking fees in the price, already.
