「Wifi a little slow but staff was excellent」

「The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. 「The hotel itself is nice. But there is nothing surrounding the hotel. You have to take a taxi anywhere you go. I asked if they could call a taxi for me, the taxi they called charged double compared to the taxi I took on my way back. I made transfer arrangements for both arrival and departure prior to my arrival and when I got to the airport the hotel failed to make arrangements for my transfer so I had to take a taxi.
