The room is newly renovated, with air conditioning. Excellent location and easy to access everywhere. Free breakfast was provided and also can provided lots of tours as you choice.

Convince in Zante Town

Fabulous location Easy walk to sights, restaurants, to/from ferry, bus station and taxi stand Enjoyed large terrace Bathroom has awkward accordion door, low edge on shower so need to beware does not flood Property also has a restaurant across the street and a tour service (Dali) Standard breakfast available at restaurant, highly recommend day tour Staff extremely helpful

On day three of the stay workmen were working with heavy equipment from 08.00 on the flat roof directly above our apartment, waking us and also using the terrace outside the room which was supposed to be for our personal use. This was planned works and we should have been told about it and offered an alternative. When this continued into the next day we complained and we're initially offered a move but this was later withdrawn as all other rooms were full. Special mention though to the member of staff in the restaurant who worked hard to try to resolve this for us and negotiated shorter times for the workmen to be on site. In the apartment, pillows were very hard making sleep difficult. One evening there was no hot water. Positives were a good location and nice breakfast provided by lovely staff. The on site restaurant also provided very tasty Lebanese food.

Amazing stay! Wonderful and friendly staff. Stayed here for 8 nights and we felt like it was home. Could not have been any better. Loved this place and very grateful for the warm hospitality we received. Would highly recommend staying here!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Op zich goede locatie in het centrum van zakyntos. Inchecken was moeilijk er was niemand. 3 telefoonnummers welke je kon bellen na 15 minuten iemand aan de lijn die ons incheckte. Kortste incheck welke ik ooit heb gehad, duurde geen 10 seconden. Kamer deur open en weg was hij. Was het ook niet de goede kamer dus het hele bel ritueel opnieuw. Toen een andere kamer. Na 5 minuten belde de eigenaar daar moesten we ook weer vandaan. Maar goed je hebt vakantie dus tijd. Later kregen we een mooie ruime kamer. 4 Nachten geweest, parkeren was erg lastig daar.
