"Came to town for the WNBA Washington Mystics game and couldn’t have picked a better spot—this hotel is right across from the metro, which made getting around super easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. The place was spotless and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. I felt completely safe throughout my stay. No doubt I’ll be booking here again next time."
"We stay at this property often as we come to visit my daughter in Navy Yard! Exceptional customer service from all employees from front desk agents Frank, Allen and Andrew were exceptional! Such attention to detail and always making sure we had everything we needed! My hands were full one morning and Andrew made sure to help me w my belongings and even Orlando who is maintenance was so kind as well!
Also, cannot say enough about cleanliness of property! Everything was exceptional! "
"Amazing and helpful staff! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, always greeted with a smile!
rooftop and common areas were always clean! GREAT experience! "
"Yesterday, when exiting elevator to lobby on Level 1, we were confronted with a large shirtless man lying facedown on the floor on a broken vase. Police were assisting and all was okay.
It would have been terrifying to have met him when he first entered the lobby. I'd welcome better security in that space."
