Friendly and helpful staff &service. The rooms were kept clean and tidy. We felt very safe in and around the hotel. There are two tram stops within a 10 minute walk from each other from which you can directly get to the museum district as well as Amsterdam Centraal

Really nice hotel. Far enough out of the city centre but with excellent public transport options. Walk from the hotel for ten minutes to find local business and social hubs. Sadly the pool was being refurbished during our stay but the Gym was fine.

This is far from a good value for the money. The hotel is so outdated and needs major face lift. The location is far from the city center and you need to take the #1 or #17 tram to get to the city center. The tram station is about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel claims that it is a 4 star hotel but it doesn't even provide free slippers. They want you to pay for every little thing that a 4 star hotel would provide for free. Yet, the lobby and the rooms left so much to be desired of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is simple and blant and lack of seletion.

Best hotel
Great stay as always. I’ve been coming to Amsterdam for years and this is the only hotel I stay in if I’m not staying with my friends. Location is not too far from the tram stop and you can get to and from the airport within 30 mins via public transport. The staff are always so friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

Hotel is really clean and modern, rooms and bar area are really nice. However, our room was unbelievably warm, we could not adjust the temperature and when we spoke to reception they offered us a fan. This did not materialise until I asked again some 8 hours later. Real shame as had we slept well it would have been a different rating.

Property is always pristine. Excellent pool and spa area. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The surrounding parks are wonderful. The walk to public transportation is easy. It’s a little tough if you’re carrying a lot of luggage, but even if so, not bad.

Bad customer service
Room was dirty when I arrived. They were very apologetic and switched to a clean room. Lady at the desk said I could have late checkout by an hour to accommodate the mis hap. I checkout 38 min past reg time and the tried to charge me. I explained the lady said I could be later but she was not working. They said it was noted on my file but not that it was free. They made a huge stink about it so I just agreed to pay the 10 euros

Loved this hotel! It’s a super quick walk to the tram so very accessible to everything. Staff was awesome and so were the rooms. Amenities like the pool and sauna were fantastic too! I will absolutely stay here again
