DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The only thing that works about this place is the location, bed smelled terrible, no bathroom privacy, you will be kept up until 4 am becauause of a nightclub right next door (was no made aware of this until after non refundable booking) We were on the 4th floor, the room was shaking. Completely ruined my honeymoon

We had such a lovely stay at SUPPER Hotel! The room was gorgeous, really clean and had such a cool set-up. We especially loved the projector. The bed was absolutely massive and SO comfortable — genuinely like sleeping on a huge marshmallow 😂 We were also given fresh, clean towels every day, which was really appreciated. The location was amazing too. There’s a tram stop really close to the hotel, which made it so easy to get around Amsterdam and get pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The staff were lovely throughout our stay and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they happily stored our luggage for us both on our arrival day and again on our departure day. The only thing to be aware of is that the stairs are very narrow and steep and there is no lift. This was a little difficult for me (as recovering from a broken ankle) but I appreciate this is quite normal in the older traditional buildings in Amsterdam, so it wouldn’t put me off staying again. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend SUPPER Hotel. Amazing location, lovely staff, a gorgeous room and the comfiest marshmallow bed! ❤️

Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.

Great and amazing staff. Clean and spacious single room. Could have used some additional amenities such as hot water kettle on rooms for basic tea and coffee. The shower had a smell sometimes coming from drain (minor). Overall, great stay and would come again if visiting Amsterdam. And A/C ++++ thank god

The best stay I had in A’dam on my 8 day trip, hotel is really in the Center of everything so it was a 15-20min walk to everywhere, and just crossing street was the tram stop so really easy to get there and move inside the city, staff was cool and room was really nice. Litte pricey, but its worth it if you want to avoid the time transportation to nice places in A’dam is like you’re just outside hotel and there’s everything.

I stayed in the art suite for a night while I was here for work. The hotel’s location was great; everything I needed was nearby. This was my first time checking out on King’s Day and as a solo traveller, I wouldn’t recommend it. So I went back to my hotel room for the evening and enjoyed it. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

No lift, but the amazing concierge carried my bag up to the 4th floor! Easy location for moving around town, close to a tram stop but super easy to walk as well. Lights would turn on randomly at night but otherwise had a great stay. Nice to have a bar fridge and free drinks to start your trip off. Great view of the canal from the window.
