Staff were friendly, the adjoining bar is a nice place to visit. Breakfast is a decent buffet range if you include it, though the orange juice was more like cordial on one day. The room was ok; a comfortable bed, a couple of included water bottles and a coffee pod machine (coffee was restocked, water and mini stroopwaffles weren't). Let down by the riser cabinet in the room that sounded like an ice machine whenever water flowed through at any time of day/night. That was the main let down in an otherwise nice stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to Dam Square, shopping, restaurants, canals. Walkable location close to train station and trams. Our room was large with plenty of room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a great location to access all areas of Amsterdam. The tram was right across the street and you could walk anywhere within 30 minutes or so. We would absolutely recommend and stay there again!!! Highly recommend it

Unique property and well located. Easy to get anywhere. Room was small but well designed. Love the old style elevator and nice view from our room. Bed was comfortable and nice to have a tub.

Nice hotel in a great area. Very convenient especially with a supermarket close by if you want to buy fresh fruits. Rooms are on the small side. Main issue for us is noise. Early morning workers on the street loading unloading. Also floors make squeaky noise and you can hear the upstairs guests’ steps.

This hotel was great. While our room was very small (we knew it would be) The hotel itself is nice. Location was excellent, which is why we picked it. Only a couple minutes walk to Dam square.
