Loved staying here the staff were so lovely and also upgraded our room! We had some issues regarding missed connecting flights and the staff were so helpful and kind during that stressful time. The breakfast was great! And so close to public transport so easy to get around the city! Will definitely stay here again.

It’s not a boutique hotel as they say. Poor maintenance, security box not fixed. Shower in bad condirios. We repirted it to the front desk and never fixed it, Breakfast is very good. Bad location. Too far from downtown Not the best option definetly. A hotel of no more of 2 stars, expedia should be more cautious for the hotel classification

The property was a surprise. Great little boutique hotel in nice residential area. Short walk to tram. Great staff - Naziah and may be misspelling (forgive me) was so excellent!

I don’t normally stay in hotels. I prefer Airbnb but Amsterdam was overly expensive for one of those so I opted for a hotel. This place was easy to check in, clean and comfy. We were on the very top floor so the view was nice. Lots of schools in the are so it was a bit loud during recess but nothing crazy. The breakfast Buffett was delicious! Lots of variety to choose from and some great bars and restaurants in the area within walking distance. There was an Aldi close by that we stopped in to get bottled water and snacks. The beds were very comfy and the shower water super hot (which I love). I would stay here again and suggest it to friends.

We loved our stay at Hotel Chasse. The desk Staff was extremely helpful and responded immediately to all the queries. However the cleaning staff could get a little better. The regular cleaning of the room was not upto date. We loved the Breakfasts at the hotel and the best part was the tram stop just 5 Minutes from the hotel. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Fantastic place. Breakfast was something we looked forward to, amazing spread. Staffs during check-in and check-out were extremely helpful. Only downside might be the lift goes to level 3 and we stayed level 4, so luggages had to be managed up a flight of stairs which during check-in, we had help from the staff. Location had a few constructions, but an easy walk to most places. Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you to the staffs we crossed paths with during our stay. :)

The hotel itself was very nice however, but once leaving the hotel street, the area was very dirty and under construction so very difficult to walk. It was far from the areas in Amsterdam that we wanted to visit. On the positive, it was close to The French Café West which was a lovely bistro type restaurant.

The Chasse Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Any questions we had about Amsterdam, they quickly answered. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The only downsides were the elevator not working until the day before we left and not being able to sufficiently cool our 3rd floor room. I do understand air conditioning is not as big a deal as in the US. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs a day was inconvenient but good exercise.

Super hotel in a great location

We had a fantastic 5 night stay here. The location was perfect for catching the tram. We liked being away from the busy central area yet close enough that a 10 minute tram ride got us there. There was also a laundry around the corner which was great. Our room was large and had nice big windows. The beds were comfortable enough. The shower was fantastic! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast room was so sunny and cheerful. Our only complaint was that it sounded like a herd of elephants were living above us. The floors were definitely not sound proof! We will certainly stay at this hotel again when we return to Amsterdam.

The property and weight staff was great and it was in the center of town. Very close to the tram and many places to eat. The problem was they own a dance school at this hotel and they knew they were having a weekend where they would be dancing from early in the morning till 11 o’clock at night for three days. We should’ve been warned about this prior to checking into the hotel and our rate should’ve been greatly discounted. They are very nice and explained this to us however, it made it very hard to take naps or even go to bed at a reasonable hour because of the very loud music. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Give it a miss.

After a flight, train and tram to arrive check tho quick room available a relaxing drink in the bar would be nice to be told the bar is NEVER open due to staffing . A bad start. Breakfast tho some choices was cold had to ask to be put in microwave ! The room spacious and clean but should be. 320euro per night!! All in all the area tho near tram stop was uninviting. On asking the manager why no bar as advertised I got a short sharp reply. So should you pick this hotel for your stay I have to say NO. Expensive , not a good location and ownership rude.

This hotel is walkable to the main attractions if you don’t mind long walks. It’s a beautiful building and rooms are nice sized. We had a balcony which was lovely. Bikes were available to rent. Breakfasts were amazing with great variety.
