"50 / 50 Maybe i visited at the wrong time. Price increased after stay confusions No manager available on the day or day after or day after that Hit and miss . Breakfast was good ! Long queues at reception no priority after you have checked inn or maybe under manned. To long to wait never the less. Overrated hotel for the price "

"The window in our room was into the hallway where people were walking to their rooms. It was v uncomfortable and awkward. Also the pillows are horrific "

"Great location in Amsterdam, in a quiet area which felt very safe. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and great facilities to be able to make tea/coffee/food. Would certainly recommend and stay again"

"The hotel was very well situated, 5 min walk from railway station, tram stop outside to the museum quarter and walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars and sites. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, the hotel smelt amazing, our room was immaculate and the bar/lounge area was beautiful. I would 100% recommend. A fabulous place to stay. "
