"We stayed in the Baghdad room and it was beautiful and a good size! The staff was so friendly and this place is one of the only places in Tetoun that serves alcohol. "This was the worst and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, let alone at a St. Regis. I would have expected the highest quality service and food while I relaxed, but instead found myself with food poisoning, running around trying to serve myself, and leaving restaurants and bars early without eating or drinking after waiting hours for service. Even when I was finally able to place an order or receive service, 9 times out of 10 I was forgotten and never received what I ordered/asked for. This was an abysmal waste of my time and was the furthest thing from relaxation. I do NOT recommend."
