"I initially had a good impression based on my pre-arrival communication with the hotel. I reserved two rooms and clearly requested that they be close to each other, but upon arrival, they were several floors apart, which was inconvenient.
Unfortunately, the issues continued during our stay. The air conditioning was not functioning and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. When I contacted reception, I was told the problem affected the entire hotel and would not be resolved quickly. Additionally, both kettles in our rooms were not working. I tried calling reception for nearly 3.5 hours, but my calls were repeatedly ignored, and I eventually had to go down in person to get assistance.
That said, the location is excellent, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the valet staff were outstanding and very helpful. However, based on this experience, if I visit Tangier again, this hotel would be my last choice."
