"Barbara at reception was an angel in disguise. She helped us with taxi service, chair lift details, and answered any question we had. It would be helpful to know not to get off the bus from Fussen at the first stop as the bus stops in the village closer to the hotel."

"Great Hotel! Very nice large hot tub and sauna area. The free mineral water from a tap was a nice surprise. Breakfast Buffet is one of the best we’ve ever had. Good parking and not too far from Neuschwanstein Castle."

"Honestly our favorite stay the whole time in Europe for two weeks. We even extended our stay an extra night instead of attending Oktoberfest. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The staff was over the top providing helpful advice our entire stay. We will definitely return!"

"A lovely clean room, with a very comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant for two nights, attentive staff, helped translate menu from German into English. Lovely restaurant with a good menu, and an excellent and varied breakfast. Reception staff spoke English which was a great help. Recommended, many thanks."
