The sofa bed was possibly the least comfortable "bed" we have ever slept on, they should provide a light mattress to use over it as it's like sleeping on a wooden table. The Bar is very small and quiet so not perhaps for those looking for any kind of social vibe. Location is a nice scenic 15 min walk from main town centre and has nice view...

"We had a wonderful stay. We woke up to beautiful mountains outside our balcony window. The lady at breakfast was super nice. The front desk gentleman was very nice and spoke English so that was helpful. It is close to the train station about an 8 min walk. Aldi was down the street a couple blocks."

Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. The staff is super friendly and helpful (despite my poorly spoken German!), the room was very nice & clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is unsurpassed - food tastes great and there are so many choices! The restaurant (by the lake) is also very good. I would definately choose this place to stay at again if...
