It was conveniently located close to the train station and the city center, and there was a large supermarket right next to the hotel. The staff were kind and welcoming. The restaurant offered a seasonal menu, and I especially enjoyed a dish featuring fresh chanterelle mushrooms. The Füssen Card provided by the hotel was a great benefit, as it allowed free travel on local buses and trains, making it easy to get around the area. It was also very convenient to have access to laundry facilities during my stay. If I return to Füssen in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in the centre of Fussen. The staff are friendly and helpful.the rooms are well appointed. Had breakfast as well and it was fantastic. Only caveat. Do not expect aircon in the middle of summer- even in the ‘aircon’ rooms!

Great location: right next to a bus stop that takes you to the Neuschwanstein castle ticket/shuttle area (free bus tickets included with the room), under 5 minutes of walk to the train station, and close to the restaurant/shops in Fuessen. The rooms seem to be newly renovated and clean/modern. The staff are very friendly and warm. Highly recommend. 非常推荐！

Hotel Hirsch was a great find! From the friendly and helpful welcome from the staff to the room, the view and location in Fussen we enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, modern and had views to the mountains, we even got to see the moon rising behind the mountains. The location is ideal for the exploring the town and Neuschwanstein Castle with free bus travel via the Fussen Card. We also enjoyed the roof top deck. Parking was easy in the hotel car park with other options nearby.

Beautiful hotel in the wonderful town of Fussen. This stay was my first night ever in Europe and I could not have picked a better location. Rooftop views, rose garden in the front, and walking distance to the city's shopping and dining are all amazing perks of this hotel. The front desk was very helpful in checking us in and getting our parking pass (the lot in the front was very convient). Our room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the city. I only wish I got to stay longer!

This is a first class hotel in the center of Fussen across the street from the old town with convenient onsite parking. Ludwig’s castles are 7 minutes by car or public bus (free with card from the hotel). There is also a nice bath center with hot pools and saunas a mile away by car. The hotel restaurant is very good and serves an excellent breakfast. We were very happy with our stay.

Such a great stay! Had been in Munich and Berlin so this location was of course way different. Tremendous location, cute shops and restaurants. Staff so helpful. Clean, so clean, energy efficient. Parking tight but no real issues. Love this place

Loved our stay here! The hotel is on the edge of down town Fussen. Restaurants very near and a modern grocery store the other way. Parking on the property was easy and convenient. Every morning and evening we walked the town and made easy commutes to the local castles! We had a triple room and everything was great!
