"We came for a quick stopover and were so pleased with the exceptional service by everyone, the rooms were lovely and the gardens fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner, both quite good."
"Our stay at Coworth park was rather underwhelming and disappointing. As one reviewer mentioned, we were given a room at the Stables and whenever someone in another room closed the door, our whole room rattled. It made it impossible to get total peace and quiet. Cleanliness of our room was spot on though, and there's nothing to complain about that. However, general customer service at Coworth park was lacklustre. Indeed, as compared to other 5 star UK hotels, we found it to be one of the most...
"The Kings Arm was a great place to stay. The staff were excellent, always smiling. We needed a place to stay convenient to Windsor Great Park - the journey took about 15mins.
The bedroom was not large but had everything in it we needed. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were changed every day.
The only thing I would say - there were planters outside the property in the car park with dead plants - wouldn’t be difficult to replant and would look so much better....

Sunday London Staines-upon-Thames Heathrow T5
10/10 Excellent
"Such good value for money given its location near Heathrow. Sitting on the banks of the Thames, it’s well worth a stay before flying."
"My family and I travelled for vacation. I originally booked 2/2 bedrooms, the property reached out to me when one of the properties was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance. They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. We did have some issues but there was always someone that I could call that helped me. The property has all the amenities for a family and was very clean. It was also quiet. I didn't know anyone else was in the building until we heard a door slam. I look forward to our next trip to London and hope this property will be available. I absolutely love this place."
