They didn't get around to cleaning my room 2 days in a row and I had to ask for clean towels and empty the garbages in my room. Also, the workout room did not have sanitizing wipes for the machines, and the pool area was out of towels."

"After my first review I was back a few weeks later. Nothing changed except I had a couple front people that were really good. But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. Still dirty and lack of professionalism from the staff outside of 2. One girl named Chris and the other a red head man. Did not get name but very good. Not sure I will be back. Loved location but hotel needs a lot of work. This time pool was cold and hot tub like warm bath at best."
