Room was clean and very well set up with the kitchenette service. Laundry was very convenient and well maintained. Nearby amenities was convenient. View from our room was great view of mountains. One thing that was weird though was the floor had strange raised areas in the room as well as the hallway to our room. Nothing that seemed to make it less of a stay - but still noteworthy.

We like staying here, convenient to Orem and Provo. We are older but they put us in a handicap room which we didn't need and did not request. An emergency light went off in the middle of the night. The shower was different and not real practical for us. the cleaning staff did a very good job. Overall the stay was very good, just did not appreciate the being put in a special room we did not want nor need.

We always enjoy our stay here, great staff, great amenities, very comfortable, clean pool, nice hot tub, etc. The only problem we had this time was no bathtub in the room. We needed to bathe a child prior to surgery and there was only a shower in our room, our child does not tolerate showers.

Everything was clean and in good condition. The brrakfast was very good. Pool and hot tub were wonderful at the end of a long day. Bed was firm but comfortable, they had both firm and soft pillows. The room temp was easy to control. Easy access from the freeway but not too close to hear the noise from it. Would stay again.
