「The staff and service at Reef Haven were amazing!! The dock, water at the dock, the pool, bars and restaurants were all wonderful and beautiful. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated and had more amenities than we expected . We has a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with kitchen, balconies and ocean view. The beach would be beautiful if it wasn’t for sargassum’s but that’s a problem all over the Caribbean facing this way. We only spent 2 nights and realized once we got there that they don’t offer...

「When we got there the room was fresh and clean . Friendly staff , so helpful and very very attentive.. clean beach ! Felt very safe , when I woke up for the early sunrise on sea front . Very private and relaxed feel. Food and cocktails were delicious.. Had a very pleasant stay with my family. Definitely a place we would stay again. 」

「We stayed at the Caye Hotel - SP for four nights (sun-thurs) in March 2026. The rooms were clean, beds firm but comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat. Staff also offered to set up our snorkeling tour, golf cart rental, and water taxi tickets.
