「The computer was not working on the desk staff make sign twice I got overcharged they got the info from courtyard my sister in-law tried to sign us there but we decided to go to four point when I got the bank statement the amount was different twice at what we where told I call the 800 number they transferme to 4 point desk and the manager never answer the phone I got ignored bad service this is how they do business they still your money I'm very disappointed」

「Our family loved the rental property setup and home decor. It was a two bedroom rental. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was plenty of towels for a family of four. It was great to see the extra special touches such as body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent. There was a washer/dryer unit in the rental. It was a very nice property. I would recommend a few things for the property to improve: the master bedroom mattress was too hard and poor quality. My husband and I are both Disabled...

「1st entry into the room, refrigerator was warm & door gasket was hanging loose. Attempted to call front desk on the room phone, but it did not work as there was no phone cord. Walked to front desk & shared concerns. Was told replacement refrigerator would be installed next day and phone would be repaired. Next morning found the shampoo dispenser would not dispense shampoo. 「Parking is horrendous! The adjoining steak house customers and employees take up all the parking in front of the motel. We had to walk a long way through the parking lot with our bags, The noise from the highway is terrible. You won't get much rest or sleep here. The steak house was great! The food was delicious.」
