「there was a false fire alarm. the only thing I would suggest is to train the staff if that happens again, someone from the hotel should inform the patrons who responded to the fire alarm and went outside when it is okay to return to their room. No one from the hotel informed us it was okay to return to our room. every one just went back on their own. there were people staying in the hotel who lost everything in the bishop hills fire and were standing outside the hotel with their 5 children 8,...
