There was a mix-up with our initial room, but the staff handled it with professionalism and quickly moved us to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view. Service was exceptional throughout — from the concierge to the restaurant team. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly magical. Once settled, our stay was flawless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, elegance, and relaxation in Amalfi. We can’t wait to return! "

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The receptionists were friendly and professional, and the valet team went above and beyond—especially when they helped us refuel our electric car. There were no EV charging stations nearby, so they made a special effort to ensure our car was fully charged and ready for us. That level of service truly stood out. The food at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with amazing flavors and top-notch service throughout our stay. The only drawback, and the reason I’m giving four point five stars instead of five, was the size of the room. It was quite small, and while I understand this is due to the building’s age and historic charm, it did feel a bit cramped. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely return. Next time, I’ll make sure to request a larger room to make the experience even better! "
