"We loved Pogerola-a quiet town up above Amalfi with a few nice restaurants and a beautiful terrace with bar and gelaterie! There is a bus stop nearby only costs 1.50 euro to get up and down the hill from Amalfi. We walked down the path with steps to the town …beautiful walk took about 30 mins It was a delightful stay !! "I traveled thru the Amalfi coast and Sicily for over 10 days and Hotel Residence was a favorite. Beautiful, good sized room, very clean. The location cannot be beat, you can walk to everything, but quiet at night. What really sets it apart is the staff, very approachable but professional. Antonio was very helpful with figuring out taxi and train arrangements. Highly recommend."
