「The hotel is located on the edge of Stresa and near one of the ferry terminals. It would suit those who don't mind a 30 min walk in to the town centre. Our room was reasonably large but the bathroom was a bit odd with the shower head located in the middle of the wall making it difficult to use. 「The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. Also, the pool wasn’t operational but again we weren’t made aware of that.」
