Special treat for our Irish Wolfhound because my wife was on antibiotics so timing meant she couldn't have her breakfast... so guess who got it instead. Very happy dog though I think the chef felt his skills were not being tested given she likes her eggs raw. So yes they are very dog friendly, and the food for us humans was excellent as well.」

「On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We felt so relaxed and didn’t leave the hotel. We booked in for a meal which was fantastic. 「What a lovely stay at Newberry Beach Lodge. The property itself is lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Christopher was an outstanding host, great communication and very helpful as well as cooking a great breakfast! The location and surrounding area are also wonderful and my walking boots got a good outing. I fully intend to come back for a longer stay!」

「The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here.
