"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. "I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"The stay was good. Breakfast is limited to Pastries, bread, waffles and yogurt. No proteins or water but super clean. Stayed 3 nights and 4 days, room wasnt cleaned till the 3rd day. For families, sofa bed was only a twin. Washing machine was broke. If visiting New York, plan 1 to 2 hours before scheduled time to get there. Traffic is heavy anytime of the day."

"I stayed for 3 nights and they did not come in after the 2nd night and get rid of the trash. I told the front desk and they said you have to request it. Yet they did it on Friday. I left a tip with a note for Friday. I also left a tip for Saturday and was gone all day and no one even came in my room. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was NOT on the door handle."

"We stayed for 2 nights for a weekend visit to watch a few Broadway shows. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Free parking, free breakfast and a free shuttle to the train station for easy public transport into Manhattan! The breakfast was very nice with eggs, sausage, pancakes and potatoes as well as fresh fruit and cereal. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We slept well. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We will stay again!"
