"I'm really picky about beds and this bed was more comfortable than most hotels. The restaurant and bar downstairs was very nice, especially since I was there with no car and it was far too cold to go out. Staff wasn't very friendly, though"

"Staff was friendly. Room was clean but could hear everyone around you including above and both sides. You can hear every time your neighbors flushed the toilet. Parking is very limited and ended up having to park on the sidewalk in front of the main entrance. Breakfast was decent. "

"Staff was so rude every time we talked to them. We had to call multiple times about finding the airport shuttle because the directions they were giving were not helpful and they were so unkind everytime we called. Please send out a better description of how to find the shuttle. "

"Staff was friendly, property was clean, food in the restaurant (dinner) was delicious. The shuttle is difficult to locate (Air Tran to P3, specific location) and claims to run every 1/2 hour but we waited longer both times. "

"The elevators extremely small and the room location where like a cruise. Hard to remember how to get to my room. The cards stopped working for no reason and clerks seamed bothered by my asking for a working card"

"I had a stressful experience at check-in. I had just arrived from Korea and realized I didn’t have the credit card I normally use in the U.S. The staff member repeatedly said the card was required, so I had to open and search through two large suitcases at the front desk. Later, I was told that I could complete a credit card authorization form by email instead. If this option had been explained from the beginning, it would have avoided a lot of unnecessary stress. The staff member was also quite blunt and impersonal throughout the interaction."
