"Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations! We went here for our honeymoon, and I saw mixed reviews. The all inclusiveness is fantastic- the food, staff, and bar were absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations! The only issues we had were that the beds were super uncomfortable, the staff doesnt actually clean the sheets or room they just tidy it, and it was hard to talk to almost anyone (I reccomend brushing up on your spanish a bit before arriving!). There were some mix ups and problems, but the staff fixed them instantly and were cordial about it!
